- Communicate company culture, boost morale, and set expectations with all direct reports through regular and effective communication.
- Serve as the primary lead for event execution at partner schools/properties, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Production Coordinator(s) and hourly Installation Crew Members.
- Manage the hourly employee evaluation process, providing constructive feedback and performance assessments.
- Develop and implement a daily "closing" procedure to ensure proper warehouse closure and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate weekly production meetings to facilitate efficient scheduling of hourly staff members and outline operational needs.
- Collaborate with the Production Coordinator and hourly Installation Crew Members to oversee processes such as quality control, inventory availability and maintenance, process management, and equipment transfers.
- Ensure vehicles are properly equipped for specific jobs, including loading, unloading, and periodic maintenance inspections.
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all equipment within the region to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop a weekly production schedule while managing a 6-week production plan to ensure events are executed within or below budgeted amounts.
- Schedule and record hourly staff members' work time, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
- Lead the team during the installation of tents, tables, chairs, AV equipment, and other event-related items.
- Oversee inventory and fleet maintenance, ensuring accuracy and availability of equipment for events.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain equipment accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and productive warehouse setting to facilitate efficient operations.
- Organize warehouse safety programs and ensure compliance with corporate safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in event management, logistics, or a related field.
- Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in event production or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of sports and experience in coordinating in-person events is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a strong team player mentality and the ability to drive individual and team results.

- Full oversight of all revenue related activities (tailgates and event rentals), which will include goal setting, forecasting, and the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Active participation in revenue generation including outbound sales, inbound sales, in-person meetings and community development initiatives.
- Responsible for owning and growing relationships with university partners across multiple departments.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the guest communication plan by team for all tailgate and event rental clients.

- Asset Management: oversee all aspects related to facility management including warehouse organization and cleanliness, office organization and cleanliness, general facility maintenance and facility services such as cleaning, landscape and pest control; oversee and work with Operations personnel on all aspects of fleet management including cleanliness, maintenance, safety training, and security policy compliance; oversee and work with Operations personnel on all inventory maintenance, asset counts and repair schedules.
- Budget oversight for all expense line items including but not limited to hourly labor, game day expenses and overall office expenditures.

- Become a visible representative of REVELXP by managing community relations with customers, university administration & athletic department.
- Manage all partner relationships with existing partners and key event rental clients.

- Understand, monitor, and track revenues and receivables on properties and lines within your area.
- Help track season-long and game-by-game sales and facilitate revenue recognition and assure that systems have reliable information on sales, delivery dates, revenue recognition, and A/R associated with those sales.
- Ensure that REVELxp is paid promptly and fully and that payments are properly applied to outstanding A/R. (others likely have collections responsibilities and cash posting duties, but you need to assure transparency into collections status and needs)
- During sales seasons, track sales against plan and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Be able to successfully project the revenue and expense for each game.
- Understand, anticipate and accrue expenses and to watchdog expense savings.
- Managing expenses by: Divvy (expense management software) oversight and training (use, coding, budgeting, approvals, app, etc.) on a weekly and sometimes daily basis; invoice review and associated disbursement approval; approve purchase order by weekend for accrual and comparing to actual invoice and negotiating if necessary; authority and willingness to pushback on expenses REVELxp shouldn’t have to pay; and call out team members who need accountability on spending.
- Accrue and report royalty reporting.
- Help track expenses to proper property, business line and expense codes (crucial to monitor against budget plans for each property).
- Need to learn the people and events leading to expenses so that expenses are minimized or mitigated before incurred and people are held accountable for misses.
- To assist in the creation of property level budgets and the monitoring of those budgets.
- Budget creation in line with revenue and expense expectations.
- Weekly monitoring of performance against budget.
- Have general business knowledge of tailgating and your specific region to understand the business of your properties to better forecast financial performance to plan (ongoing) and to budget better (annually). Assistant Groundskeeper El Paso Chihuahuas
- Ensure the playing surface is held to a professional standard.
- Assist with all turf management aspects including mowing, irrigation, painting, chemical/fertilizer applications, disease control, and pest management.
- Help manage inventory of grounds materials including ordering and tracking material usage.
- Do regular field inspections to ensure the quality and safety of the playing field at all times.
- Must understand irrigation and how to troubleshoot and adjust heads.
- Ensure the safe and proper operation of all equipment. Making sure it remains safe, clean and in operable condition.
- Assist in training of seasonal employees.

- Required to work long hours standing and walking around during season and events.
- Sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, or crouching are all part of this position.

- Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in sports turf.
- Must have an applicator’s license or obtain one within 2 months of start date.
