- Oversight of revenue related activities (tailgates and event rentals), including developing and executing local sales strategies and prospecting new leads.
- Active participant in revenue generation including outbound sales, inbound sales, in-person meetings and community development initiatives.
- Ownership and growth of relationships with Texas A&M University partners across multiple departments and full-season buyers.
- Determining details for areas of oversight to include in the guest communication plan for all tailgate and event rental clients to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain an intimate familiarity with all financial records and key performance metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Receivable for all accounts under your purview, including constant tracking and reporting.
- Negotiate and design event rental and tailgate special events

- Acting as the next in line to answer immediate questions or needs from partners or staff in the absence of the General Manager.

- Degree in business administration or similar.

- Report to and work closely with regional leadership on creation and execution of a business plan to lead office to overachievement of goals
- Conceptualize and execute on day-to-day sales strategies that deliver revenue targets and maximize profit margins
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly/yearly activity and sales goals across multiple lines of business

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a revenue-generating role, specifically in ticketing, sponsorships, hospitality, event and/or premium sales
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of sports and the excitement surrounding in-person events is a plus

- Budget oversight for all expense line items including but not limited to hourly labor, game day expenses and overall office expenditures.
- Public relations and communication
- Become a visible representative of REVELXP by managing community relations with customers, university administration & athletic department.
- Manage all partner relationships with existing partners and key event rental clients.

Assistant Groundskeeper El Paso Chihuahuas
- Ensure the playing surface is held to a professional standard.
- Assist with all turf management aspects including mowing, irrigation, painting, chemical/fertilizer applications, disease control, and pest management.
- Help manage inventory of grounds materials including ordering and tracking material usage.
- Do regular field inspections to ensure the quality and safety of the playing field at all times.
- Must understand irrigation and how to troubleshoot and adjust heads.
- Ensure the safe and proper operation of all equipment. Making sure it remains safe, clean and in operable condition.
- Assist in training of seasonal employees.
- All other duties assigned
- Required to work long hours standing and walking around during season and events.
- Sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, or crouching are all part of this position.
- Must be able to handle weather related elements such as rain and heat.
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in sports turf.
- Must have an applicator’s license or obtain one within 2 months of start date.
- Sports Turf Management degree a plus.
